Fully automatic, when active door is opened top and bottom bolts are automatically retracted for easy egress. When active door is closed ³⁄₄" bolt projects into the frame, securing latching of inactive leaf.
Bolts have ³⁄₄" vertical adjustment without removing door from frame for unusual conditions.

The auxiliary fire latch, mounted in the door edge, releases under extremely high temperatures to keep the doors in alignment during a fire.
