The Cal-Royal SLAUTOFLM3 Metal Door Automatic Flush Bolt is a premium, fire-rated hardware solution engineered for securing inactive metal doors in commercial and institutional settings. This flush bolt set includes a self-latching top bolt and an automatic bottom bolt, providing full compliance with UL10C and UBC 7-2-1997 standards for A through E label fire doors up to 8 feet in height. Designed for durability and ease of use, it features a reversible, non-handed steel body with stainless steel components, a thermal lock that activates during fire conditions, and a smooth cam and piston mechanism that meets ADA requirements with only 5 lbs of actuation force. The 3/4" bolt throw and 3/4" vertical adjustment allow for flexible installation without removing the door, while the override feature prevents damage from misalignment.
