We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns.

Please note that all approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

To initiate a return, please contact our team at sales@calroyalhardware.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
