The Cal-Royal UNIFB780 Metal and Wood Door Universal Flush Bolt is a fire-rated, fully automatic flush bolt system designed to secure inactive doors in commercial and institutional settings. This set includes a self-latching top bolt and an automatic bottom flush bolt, offering reliable performance for both metal and wood composite core fire doors up to 8 feet in height. UL Listed and compliant with UL10C and UBC 7-2-1997 standards, the UNIFB780 features a reversible, non-handed design, a 3/4" bolt throw, and 5/8" vertical adjustment for easy installation without removing the door. Built with a durable steel body and stainless steel components, it includes a thermal lock that activates during fire conditions and an override feature to prevent damage from misalignment.
