The Cal-Royal UNIFB930 Metal and Wood Door Universal Flush Bolt is a high-performance, fire-rated hardware solution designed for securing inactive doors in commercial and institutional settings. This flush bolt set includes a self-latching bolt for the top and a fire latch bolt for the bottom, ensuring automatic and secure locking when the active door is closed. UL Listed for both metal and wood composite core fire doors up to 8 feet in height, the UNIFB930 complies with UL10C and UBC 7-2-1997 standards. Its fully automatic operation, reversible non-handed design, and 5/8" vertical adjustment make it easy to install and maintain. Built with a durable steel body and stainless steel components, it features a thermal lock that activates during fire conditions, enhancing safety and code compliance.
