The Cal-Royal UNIFB820 Metal & Wood Door Universal Flush Bolt is a fully automatic, fire-rated flush bolt system designed to secure inactive doors in commercial and institutional settings. This set includes both top and bottom automatic flush bolts, engineered for use on metal and wood composite core fire doors up to 8 feet in height. UL Listed and compliant with UL10C and UBC 7-2-1997 standards, the UNIFB820 features a reversible, non-handed design, a 3/4" bolt throw, and 5/8" vertical adjustment for easy installation without removing the door. Its steel body with stainless steel components includes a thermal lock that activates during fire conditions, while the override feature prevents damage from misalignment. Compatible with standard ANSI door preparations and available in multiple architectural finishes, the UNIFB820 delivers reliable, code-compliant security for a wide range of door applications.
