This flush bolt set includes an automatic flush bolt for the top and a fire latch bolt for the bottom, ensuring reliable performance and enhanced safety. UL Listed for metal and wood composite core fire doors up to 8 feet in height, the UNIFB540 conforms to UL10C and UBC 7-2-1997 standards. Its fully automatic operation retracts bolts when the active door opens and secures them when closed, while the override feature prevents damage from misalignment.
